To  Add  the Proxy List  --   First  create a  folder  on  your  desktop  and  name it  Proxy List. Next  open  a text editor like  Notepad. Then go  to   http://www.proxy-list.biz  copy and paste  the  Proxy List to  Notepad. Then  Save it.  to  the  Proxy List  folder  you  created   name the  file  by  date.
